Alumtek and Alumrod factories were established in 1967 with the scope of objectives for manufacturing Aluminium products including Aluminium Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR)and Aluminium Profiles, in a plot of land with an area of 140,000 sqm. The machineries were procured in 1969 and in subsequent year total plants were placed into commissioning and full operation.
Throughout these past 30 years of production, Alumtek has managed to conform with country's great demand for ACSR (high, medium and low voltage) created by numerous electrification project (power plants, sub-stations, power transmission lines etc.... ) by increasing production capabilities, improving quality system, diversifying production lines and adopting quality assurance policies and modern technology.
We are emphasizing on supply of good quality materials through total productivity and optimization as supported technicaly and promoting our production capabilities and up-dating our R&D and QC ( materials lab. )sectors in our plants.
We are concentrating on manufacturing ACSR according to the well known international standards such as: ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, CSA,.... Thus placing extensive emphasis on good quality and ontime delivery so we are a leading producer in this field in IRAN.
In our plants we also manufacture all kinds of extruded aluminium profiles for building and window applications, as well as Busbars ( in tulbar, strip and band forms ) for power distribution purposes the busbars are fabricated from high conductivity aluminium billets and are air insulated.
